We realize that you have other important obligations and commitments during the day and that your time is valuable. Once your active orthodontic treatment begins, we’ll need to see you in the office every few weeks. We realize that this may conflict with your work or school schedule. As a result, we’ve devoted considerable time and effort to designing our scheduling system. We’re committed to seeing you on time, completing the necessary procedures during the appointment, and answering questions and updating your treatment progress at the end of each visit. Our ApproachEmergencies, longer appointments and repairs are scheduled during morning and early afternoon hours. Appointments requiring less time are scheduled in the early morning and afternoon, allowing us to accommodate more families.Because the office schedule is carefully crafted, your late arrival can pose a problem and it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment out of fairness to our other patients. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, as we have set aside time to accommodate your specific needs. Please be aware that numerous missed appointments or changes will inevitably result in an extension of your treatment time and could result in additional charges. Dallas Office Hours
